Three steps: a malformed X12 file (email header before the ISA, lowercase tag,
short elements, wrong group count) → iterative repair (locate the ISA, recover
delimiters, pad to fixed width, rebuild the envelope, re-run until clean or
stable) → a conformant copy plus a per-pass report of every finding with its
code and byte offset. Private by design; exports to JSON/Markdown/HTML/text/CSV;
